Daisy (Bellis perennis) is a perennial herbaceous plant whose light‑green leaves and white daisy flowers are harvested whole or made into teas and infusions. It is traditionally used as a supportive remedy for colds, influenza and immune enhancement, and it has been applied to relieve chronic diarrhea, edema, abnormal uterine bleeding, and to support heart function. Those with ragweed or other pollen allergies should use caution, as Daisy can trigger allergic reactions; when combined with diabetes or cardiovascular medications, it may amplify their effects, and pregnant or lactating women should consult a health professional before use.
